Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all interior or exterior common areas (cigarettes, cannabis, vaping devices, or any other form).

The Tenant must obtain permission from the Landlord before painting one or more walls a color other than white.
A credit check, proof of employment, criminal background check, and a thorough review with the TAL (Tribunal administratif du logement) at the tenant's expense are required, as well as tenant insurance with $2,000,000 in civil liability coverage.
The Tenant must comply with the building regulations at all times, failing which fines may apply.
